Multipurpose vehicle type ZSA 6000K
The new type of multipurpose vehicle fully satisfies the needs of small, medium and big municipal companies. Thanks to applying innovative solutions in this vehicle cleaning sewages has never been that easy.

The car is to be used for:

• Cleaning sewages of 50 to 800 mm diameter,
• Sucking out waste and ooze during cleaning sewages,
• Pumping out liquid waste and transporting it to tank fill zone,
• High-pressure street water cleaning with washing bar installed in the front,

The container has a rear hatch opened and closed hydraulically, equipped with a piston used for removing solid waste from the container and a blockade securing the hatch from dropping.

Renault Midlum suspension (year of production 2010)

Sewer cleaning device type ZSA6500K

Sewer cleaning devices type ZSA are slurry containers with additional devices installed on a intermediate frame on a truck’s suspension. Thanks to universal suspension with 4x4 transmission it is possible to access difficult areas in craggy terrains.

Container’s ooze filling and removal system:

• Ooze container made from carbon steel 5mm thick sheet or high-strength special OPTIM 3mm thick steel makes the container more resistant and lighter than containers made with traditional methods. Moreover, the container can be additionally strengthened on the outside with ribs. The container can be painted or hot-dip galvanized.
• Total container’s capacity – 6500 litres, including:
• -5000 litres – ooze container
• -1500 litres – clear water container
• Rear hatch opened and bolted manually (may be opened and bolted hydraulically).
• Negative pressure filling and emptying system equipped with a compressor with triple inundation security system; flow valve, air trap, flop valve controlled pneumatically.
• MEC 5000 H or PM60/AHz compressor hydraulically powered. Removing waste from 6m depth.
• Pressure system for cleaning sewages: Water pomp Speck Triplex Pumpen efficiency 50 l/min.
• Hose reel powered hydraulically, hose length 60m, jet with recoil and piloting stream, water connections W52 for filling water tanks.

Sewage cleaning device ZSA4500K

Thanks to truck’s mobility sewage cleaning device enables agile driving in traffic and delivering municipal services such as emptying sewages, transporting liquid waste and cleaning sewages.

Sewage cleaning devices are equipped with hydraulically powered compressors produced by companies such as MORO, BONDIOLI PAWESSI or HERTELL as well as water pumps with different specifications from companies such as MORO, WRACA, SPECK and others.

Two drain gate valves diameter 4 inches, controlled hydraulically or manually. Against order there may be installed additional valves controlled manually or hydraulically. Waste is sucked into a container as a result of vacuum created by a compressor. Emptying the container may be done hydrostatically or as a result of overpressure created in the container by the compressor. The compressor is powered hydraulically. It is also equipped with a suction hose with a 6m long basket or two 3m sections.
