Slurry tank type KA 12000

Specification:

• The container is made of carbon steel with 5mm thick sheet or a high-strength OPTIM steel with 3mm thick sheet – which makes the container much more durable and lighter than a container produced with traditional methods. On the outside the container is additionally strengthened with reinforcing frames.
• Total capacity of the container is 12000 litres. It can be painted any colour of the RAL colour system or hot-dip galvanized. The container, altogether with the frame, is adjusted for use with trucks with hook-lift system.
• Slurry tank type KA 12000 is equipped with a Moro PM 80/AH compressor powered by hydraulic motor, double compressor protection against inundation (double-ball pressure relief valve, air trap + flap valve with pneumatic control), suction hose with 6m long basket or two 2m long sections, rear drain gate valve 4” controlled manually or hydraulically, rear hatch or a head opened mechanically or hydraulically with an ability of hydraulic interlocking, float or pipe level indicator.
• Suction depth equals 6 meters, time to fill 4-5 minutes.

Slurry tank type KA 10000

Container specification:

• Special container type KA10000; 10 000 liter capacity with a water gun. The container is hot-dip galvanized inside and outside, made of special OPTIM HS 700C 3mm thick sheet with increased durability and strengthened with 4 external frames made of channels of high-strength sheet. Two piers inside the container.
• Rear Hatch of 900mm diameter – the cover galvanized on the hinge. Container’s frame made from hi-strength OPTIM 700MC materials, filled with sheet serving as platforms and fenders with hook-lift system. MEC8000 H compressor for filling and emptying the container using negative pressure or overpressure created in the container. Filling time up to 6 minutes. Compressor powered hydraulically – compressor’s motor MEC 8000/H needs an oil pomp in a tractor with 107 lit/min efficiency. Rotodynamic pomp for feeding liquid manure to the gun controlled hydraulically. 3” gun controlled hydraulically from the truck cabin, feeding liquid stream at distance of 50m
• Body fittings 6” – valves and hoses diameter 150mm
• Triple compressor protection against inundation by double-ball valve with sight hole cutting the liquid outflow from the compressor and a steel overflow container and a flap valve controlled pneumatically. Manuwauometr. Float level indicator at the front with a 10 degree scale.
